Add our dairy slush base to water and fruit juice to make an amazing fruit smoothie direct from the Granita machine. This allows for quick and accurate service.
Add 6 litres water plus 3 litres juice to the mix bucket, next add 2kgs of Slush Smoothie Base and mix well. Add to the Granita machine, run on 15 brix for 90 minutes, or until fully frozen down.
