Our Matcha soft cream mix has been designed to make it easy to create an incredibly fresh Matcha Soft Serve. We use the highest quality Japanese Matcha powder which we sourced from one of Japan's most successful and discerning green tea manufacturers. This, along with our delicious Hokkaido Gold ice cream base, makes the best Matcha soft serve ever! The ice cream can also be used for making Matcha Lattes and Matcha Floaters.
There is a big advantage in having the Matcha powder already mixed in with ice cream powder, as it saves time and costs for the retailer, and your customers get a quality product that is consistent and reliable in its taste and texture.
For Soft Serve:
Add 2.5 litres of pure water to the mixing vessel and then add the soft serve powder (1.1kg) sachet. Mix in a food-grade bucket with a long (40cm) wire whisk for 1 minute until mix is completely dissolved. Add straight to the ice cream machine hopper.
