The Gourmet Tree range was established in response to the relatively poor choice for wholesale customers, in the areas of sauces, desserts and custom-made mixes. We found that the ingredients, textures and taste of the standard products available in the market were unimaginative, used poor quality ingredients and fillers, and generally did not taste or perform like their home-made equivalents. We wanted to put that right, and so we have - great tasting products do not need to be expensive, nor should they be so difficult to find in today's market.
