Our gluten free base is designed specifically to create delicious and creamy Thick Shakes and Frappes; it is used by national brand leaders for that reason. Either of the below methods will give you amazing Thick Shakes using our Beverage Base. It can also be used as a Frappe base, simply add your own flavours. - Thick Shake Machine Method - the ideal thick shake mix for direct use in Thick Shake machines - add 1 sachet Thick Shake Beverage Base to 4.5 litres of water = 5.5 litres mix
- Soft Serve Machine Method - create Thick Shakes from your soft serve machine using the Beverage Base - add 1 sachet Soft Serve Base to 3.5 litres of water = 4.1 litres soft serve liquid mix, add to a soft serve machine. Then take soft serve from the machine nozzle and 2/3 fill the milkshake cup, add 1/3 milk and a shot of flavouring syrup, blend with the milkshake mixer for 20 seconds and serve.
- Frappe Base - use Beverage Base as an extremely cost effective vanilla base frappe mix - just add your own flavours. In a Blender blend 90g Goldenfarm Beverage Base with ice, water and syrup for a standard 350mls serving of creamy Frappe.
