SPECIAL ORDER - Our Red Apple Soft Serve mix is an amazing product, with a full and authentic red apple flavour.  Using carefully sourced ingredients we have created a unique mix so your customers get an outstanding product that is consistent and reliable in its taste and texture every time.  This product is gluten free, vegetarian and halal certified.

For Soft Serve:

Add 3.75 litres of pure water to the mixing vessel and then add the soft serve powder (1.5kg) sachet. Mix in a food-grade bucket with a long (40cm) wire whisk for 1 minute until mix is completely dissolved. Add straight to the ice cream machine hopper. 12kg carton = 1.5kgx8 sachets.

  • Shelf life of 24 months in its carton
  • Mix 1kg sachet with 2.5L of cold water and let it stand for 10 minutes
