Soft serve that tastes like real Salted Caramel is hard to come by, but our Salted Caramel is the real deal, and will satisfy those customers who just love the 'bite' that a genuine Salted Caramel gives. This product can also be used as a Salted Caramel base for soft serve, sundaes, flurries, frappes, floats and thick shakes. For Soft Serve: Add 3.5 litres of pure water to the mixing vessel and then add the soft serve powder (1.5kg) sachet. Mix in a food-grade bucket with a long (40cm) wire whisk for 1 minute, until the mix is completely dissolved. Add straight to the ice cream machine hopper.
