Our Cheesecake Soft Serve has been designed to taste like a real cheesecake. With a rich and buttery smooth flavour, this will keep customers coming back for more.
This soft serve allows you to offer a high end, premium ice cream that gives you a point of difference for your customers.  And it's gluten free!
By adding our Fruit crush flavours, you can have a strawberry, blueberry and many more fruit cheesecake flavours.

  • Overrun of 30-40% in gravity fed machines and 50-60% in pump machines
  • Shelf life of 18 months when stored in carton
  • Mix 1.5kg sachet with 3.5L of cold water and let it stand for 10 minutes

We have designed our recipe to offer the smoothest texture you can find for soft serve ice cream. It used to be said that nothing could match the smoothness of a premium liquid based soft serve mix, but not so with this product. Our Cheesecake™ recipe was developed to provide a soft serve powder that can easily compete with liquid mixes, and is much more cost-effective. 

We also can modify the flavour profile to the requirements of individual customers, and pack as an own label version so long as minimum production run requirements are met. The product is packed in gas flushed foil sachets for preservation of the milk fat flavour:
8 x 1.5kgs per carton.   Makes around 5 litres per sachet, and 400 servings per carton.
