Our Luxury Chocolate soft serve is a high end Chocolate soft serve ice cream, made from our Mark Gelato™ ice cream powder. It has been designed to deliver an unbeatable rich and creamy, chocolate flavour, and it's gluten free! Our luxury chocolate soft serve is a Gelato style ice cream that has a full bodied milk chocolate flavour that has become increasingly popular. 

  • Made with premium Australian milk
  • Chills faster than other products on the market
  • Mixes easily with water
  • Overrun of 30-40% in gravity fed machines and 50-60% in pump machines
  • Shelf life of 18 months when stored in carton
  • Mix 1.5kg sachet with 3.5L of cold water and let it stand for 10 minutes

We have designed our recipe to offer the smoothest texture you can find for soft serve ice cream. It used to be said that nothing could match the smoothness of a premium liquid based soft serve mix, but not so with this product. Our Mark Gelato™ recipe was developed to provide a soft serve powder that can easily compete with liquid mixes, and is much more cost-effective. 

We also can modify the flavour profile to the requirements of individual customers, and pack as an own label version so long as minimum production run requirements are met. The product is packed in gas flushed foil sachets for preservation of the milk fat flavour:
8 x 1.5kgs per carton.   Makes around 5 litres per sachet, and 400 servings per carton.
