Our luxury chocolate soft serve is a Gelato style ice cream that has a full bodied chocolate flavour that has become increasingly popular.

  • Chills faster than other products on the market
  • Mixes easily with water
  • Overrun of 30-40% in gravity fed machines and 50-60% in pump machines
  • Shelf life of 18 months when stored in carton
  • Mix 1.04kg sachet with 2.5L of cold water and let it stand for 10 minutes
