​Our  Matcha soft cream mix has been designed to make it easy to create an incredibly fresh Matcha Soft Serve. We use the highest quality Japanese Matcha powder which we source from one of Japan's most successful and discerning green tea manufacturers. This, along with our delicious Hokkaido Gold ice cream base, makes the best Matcha soft serve ever! The ice cream can also be used for making Matcha Lattes and Matcha Floats.

The big advantage is that the Matcha powder is already included in the soft serve powder.  You get the advantage of our buying power, which saves time and costs for you.  Plus your customers get a top quality product that is consistent and reliable in its taste and texture. And it's gluten free!
